
Dersu Fishing Industry has developed its commercial activities starting with fresh fish retailing in 1983 on the markets of Antalya region.
Related to the mounting numbers in tourism the demand for fresh fish, frozen fish and sea food delicacies increased. To cover the increasing demand, we decided to invest into own trout breeding farms and into sea food.
The equipment of our Smokehouse division corresponds to the most modern technical standards. Dersu Smokehouse products are manufactured particularly for the European market. We use cold and hot smoking procedures. Afterwards the fish is packed by vacuum. For production the desires of our customers determine everything.
