Related to the mounting numbers in tourism the demand for fresh fish, frozen fish and sea food delicacies increased. To cover the increasing demand, we decided to invest into own trout breeding farms and into sea food.

We use cold and hot smoking procedures. Afterwards the fish is packed by vacuum. For production the desires of our customers determine everything.
